Rescind the May 2018 executive orders that restricted collective bargaining, appeal rights and official time for representation.
Establish Labor Management Forums (Partnerships) inside federal and D.C. government agencies that will accomplish two things:
Expand registered apprenticeship programs in the skilled trades for federal and D.C. government employees (this comes from the President’s task force on worker empowerment).
Require that agencies form Labor-Management “forums” or “committees” that allow pre-decisional involvement from unions, and require agencies submit their forum plans to OPM.
End the attack on federal scientists by encouraging the President to sign an executive order shielding them from political influence.
Rescind the Schedule F executive order that our union characterized as the most profound undermining of the civil service in our lifetimes.
Name a new chair and vice chair of the EEOC, replacing the former chair who recently pushed through a contentious union-busting rule on a party-line vote.
